Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the j77jl platform available at j77jl.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the j77jl Platform and close your account. Continued use of j77jl following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

j77jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on j77jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the j77jl Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful, and you are not subject to any personal prohibition, self-exclusion order, or court injunction preventing your participation in online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of j77jl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any other individual or entity.

j77jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by j77jl may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the j77jl Platform. The opening or use of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j77jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your account credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify j77jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

j77jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access occurred due to your own negligence.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR requirements, j77jl conducts mandatory KYC verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

All financial transactions on j77jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j77jl supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page within your j77jl account.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other supported e-wallets are credited to your j77jl account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within minutes but may take up to two (2) hours during periods of high network traffic. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. j77jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by j77jl within the timeframes set out below, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 15 minutes of approval;
• InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Within 2–4 hours of approval;
• QR Ph: Within 1–2 hours of approval.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. j77jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. j77jl reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

j77jl offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms as well as specific terms stated on each individual promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly described as repeatable.
• j77jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account remains subject to the terms applicable at the time of issuance.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Where a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, j77jl reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

5.2 Abuse and Exploitation

j77jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, structured betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have all bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

j77jl is committed to providing a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j77jl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit game mechanics;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will not be paid;
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method or identity;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use j77jl to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds;
• Engaging in any conduct that j77jl reasonably determines to be disruptive to the Platform or harmful to other players or j77jl's reputation.

All games on j77jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure statistically fair outcomes. Game results are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by j77jl, game providers, or any player action outside normal gameplay.

All content on the j77jl Platform, including but not limited to the j77jl brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of j77jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j77jl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from j77jl;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software;
• Use any j77jl brand, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission from j77jl.

Any unauthorized use of j77jl intellectual property may result in termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

j77jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at j77jl.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on j77jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. j77jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers strictly as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j77jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the j77jl Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

j77jl's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their j77jl account during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits j77jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by j77jl's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

j77jl is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress for any Filipino player or their family.

j77jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the Account Settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your j77jl account if you feel you need to stop gaming entirely.

j77jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j77jl will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after notification, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the j77jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at j77jl.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The j77jl Platform is operated under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the j77jl Platform, you agree to first contact j77jl customer support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. j77jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents j77jl from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
